FALL 2010 – TEMPLE SINAI
As we begin our Fall and High Holiday Season at Temple Sinai of North Dade, we want to remind our members and guests of our Safety and Security efforts.
We have recently engaged Bryant Security to provide safety and security services on our campus. Bryant Security also provides security to the Michael Ann Russell JCC. Our efforts are fully coordinated now that our campuses are connected with the bridge over the Uleta River.
Please take note of the following Safety and Security protocol that we ask you to review and obey:
- Obey all Police, Security Personnel, Ushers and Sinai Staff instructions – their first priority is to protect your family and to keep you safe.
- We continue to operate under a “NO TOLERANCE” approach to the safety and security of our campus.
- All visitors to the campus, particularly to the school buildings, are required to check in at an office to receive a Visitor’s Badge prior to accessing the class room areas. (THIS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR ALL PARENTS AND VISITORS)
- Vehicles without decals and/or proper identification may be denied access to the campus. Vehicles without proper identification may be directed to alternative parking.
- Follow all traffic rules and signage with diligence and respect.
- Do not park in reserved parking spaces or handicap areas unless you are authorized or directed to do so.
- Be aware of anything or any person that seems unsafe or unusual and report the situation to our Security Personnel, Police, or Sinai Staff immediately.
- Do not leave valuables or personal items in your vehicle – TSND cannot and is not responsible for break ins to your vehicle whether parked on campus or on the public right of way along NE 22nd Avenue
Finally, we welcome your input, questions or comments. Please send any questions or comments to one of the school offices or synagogue office at 305-932-9010.
Thank you again for helping to make our campus so safe and secure!!!
