PROGRAMS

of Judaism
The
Jeannette & Harold Jacobson Sinai Academy (K-5) Elementary Division and the George & Marla Bergmann Upper
School, (6-8) is our fully accredited liberal Jewish Day School.
It provides a quality secular and Jewish education grounded in an
ethical and values based curriculum founded on the ideology of Reform
Judaism. After-School Clubs offer a range of recreational and educational
enrichment activities.
The
Meyer Early Childhood Education Center,
acclaimed by Jewish and secular educators, has accredited full day
and part day programs for children from ages 2-5, and a parent/child
program with parent involvement for ages 6 to 30 months. It also
offers After-School Clubs which include a range of recreational
enrichment activities.
Religious Schoolis held on Monday afternoons for 3rd through 6th grade and Wednesday afternoons for Kindergarten through 6th grade from 4:30 – 6:30 pm. 7th - 12th grade students meet on Wednesday evenings as part our Sinai Chai program. The focus of our Religious School is to inspire love and respect toward living a Jewish life in each of our students.
A variety of Adult
Education courses are provided, aimed at broadening Jewish
awareness and understanding. Classes meet at various times during
the week. The Ruach Torah Study and TS101 are held every Saturday
morning prior to Shabbat worship at 9:00am. " Sundays at Sinai", a monthly program
presenting guest lectures and book reviews, meets during the year
on Sunday mornings. |
