We're learning and growing at #ECEatHome!

While our building may be closed - our teachers have been dedicated to continuing our learning and growing, albeit from a distance. In our "at home classroom" we've shared opening circle and t'fillah; classes have special meeting times and there's even been music with Cantor Norman, Morning Movement with Coach Claudia, Yoga with Ms. Brianna, science with Ms. Anat and Shabbat with Rabbi Litwak. We've also had a number of special events.

Each day our teachers posted a new video for each grade. We also compiled some great activities our teachers have put together for you.

Kids Connecting Through Corona

Some of our special events were specially crafted so that our children would be able to meet new friends from all over the country. Temple Sinai's Early Childhood Education Center has been proud to partner with centers from around the country in providing meaningful opportunities for our children to stay connected through song, movement, learning, and play. Check out the video from our first "kids connecting through corona" program: A Passover Sing-a-long" with Temple Shalom in Chevy Chase Maryland below. The video from our second "kids connecting through corona" event with the Stroum JCC in Seattle, Washington is below also. If you couldn't be with us we've put a link to the Matza challenge for you below.
