We're so excited to play and celebrate with you at Camp Sinai. Please complete the following registration form so we can be ready to welcome you!

If you've been at Camp Sinai before or are a Gan Sinai family, you have an account on our website. You can log in to your TSND account and access your account at any time by clicking the "Login" button in the top right of any tsnd.org page. Once logged in completing forms becomes much easier because all of your stored information will automatically populate any forms on our site. If you are a partner of Temple Sinai, a Gan Sinai family or have been to Camp Sinai before, please log in before registering.

If you don't remember your password, go to https://www.tsnd.org/login.php, enter your email address and click on "Forgot password." You will receive an email with a link to create your new password. Once you have created your new password, please save your login information securely.

Half day is available for campers in TGS and PK2 

There is a 5% sibling discount which will be applied to your balance due after enrollment.

There is an additional security fee per child of $100 unless you are a Temple Sinai partner, or if your child is enrolled in Gan Sinai for next fall. No refunds or credit for sick days. Additional weeks added after initial enrollment will be subject to the weekly pricing.

You will only pay the non-refundable deposit of $250 today. The remainder will be due by May 15th.

For campers ages 18 months-6 yrs. by 6/1/2025. Monday-Friday 9am-3:30pm, Fridays till 3:00pm. 
For campers ages 18 months-6 yrs. by 6/1/2024. Monday-Friday 9am-3:30pm, Fridays till 3:00pm. 
TGS (Toddler Graduate School) - 18-24 Months and Campers Age 2 (by 6/1/2025) | Monday-Friday 9am-12:30pm. 
TGS (Toddler Graduate School) - 18-24 Months and Campers Age 2 (by 6/1/2024) | Monday-Friday 9am-12:30pm. 
Each camper will be provided with one camp t-shirt
Your $250 deposit will be deducted from your total due.
PAYMENT OPTIONS

We will auto-debit your account or charge your credit card for the remainder of your balance unless arrangements are made prior to your enrollment (or prior to your child starting).  We will use the payment method entered on the enrollment form.

I/We agree to pay all tuition and fees charged to our bank account using e-check or our credit card using the information provided on this form. Camp fees are all inclusive and cover insurance, field trips, in-camp special programming and performances, and one T-shirt for each camper.
There will be no refunds for days camper is absent. All groups are contingent on sufficient enrollment.
I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in any and all field trips arranged or conducted by Temple Sinai of North Dade, Inc., a not-for-profit Florida corporation (“Temple Sinai”) and/or arranged or conducted by any of the groups associated with or affiliated with Temple Sinai. I further authorize Temple Sinai to act as my agent to, and I hereby grant permission for Temple Sinai to obtain emergency treatment for my Child in any event where it may not be possible for Temple Sinai to contact me in sufficient time to receive permission for such emergency treatment. All of which may be incurred by reason of such emergency treatment performed for my Child shall be my responsibility. I further agree to release Temple Sinai (and all groups and entities associated or affiliated with Temple Sinai) from any and all liabilities, actions, damages, causes of action, fees, costs or expenses which may be incurred or suffered by my child during any field trip activities arranged or sponsored by Temple Sinai and/or by any groups and/or entities affiliated with Temple Sinai.
I/We agree to allow my child’s name, photograph, and information to be used by the school in the school’s publications, videos, promotional materials and website, without compensation and without prior notice. I release and hold the school harmless from any liability stemming from the use of my child’s name, photograph, or information.

Anyone who is participating in programming or sending their children to programming at Gan Sinai at Temple Sinai of North Dade, must read, agree to and follow our Wellness guidelines available at www.gansinai.org/wellness. 

Binding Arbitration and Prevailing Party Status: We believe that arbitration is the most appropriate way to resolve any dispute that may arise between Temple Sinai of North Dade, Inc. and you. By submitting this application, you and Temple Sinai agree that any and all disputes arising out of or related to your child's enrollment in Temple Sinai, or to any other aspect of the relationship between you and/or your child, on the one hand, and Temple Sinai or any of its employees, on the other, shall be heard and determined exclusively by final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Miami-Dade County, Florida and judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The substantive laws of Florida shall be applied in resolving any such dispute. Agreeing to final and binding arbitration means forgoing many elements of litigation in court, most notably detailed discovery, trial by jury, and the right to appeal. Temple Sinai believes that the advantages of relative speed and economy, and of confidentiality, outweigh any disadvantages. Should you have any questions regarding this choice of process, we recommend that you consult with counsel prior to submitting this application. The prevailing party in the arbitration proceeding shall be awarded all costs and reasonable attorney's fees in an amount determined by the arbitrator. Such an award shall include the costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in the arbitration proceeding as well as the costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in preparing for and attending any scheduled mediation.
