Operation Tourniquet gets life-saving combat application tourniquets (CATs) straight into the hands of Israeli soldiers. 

Working with combat medics to identify supply gaps and reach units directly, we focus solely on the very first piece of equipment applied to injured soldiers to save their lives. 

Each tourniquet is a life that can be saved.
